“Shamien” is a yakiniku restaurant located in a residential area. Here you can eat ``Yakiniku'' made with great care, one by one. As meat I ate the upper tongue, upper skirt steak, sea bream, and fillet. It's been a while since I went to a restaurant where everything was delicious. Depending on the restaurant, the tongue was good, but the skirt steak was bad. The skirt steak was good, but the regular meat was not. It is normal for there to be variations in quality. However, all the meat at Shamisen that day was of a high quality and delicious. I think this is supported by the fact that the meat is given a strong flavor by rubbing it with sauce. And the massage sauce is delicious. Good quality of meat and good seasoning of sauce. In other words, there's no way it can't be delicious. It was absolutely delicious, but the only weak point was the poor dipping sauce. I couldn't resist the taste of the meat and the goodness of the sauce. My companion had the same impression, so it's probably true. Perhaps when the dipping sauce evolves further, the final form of shamien will emerge. Yakiniku restaurant [Samien] is about an 8-minute walk from the west exit of Matsudo Station on the JR Joban Line. It is a famous yakiniku restaurant in Matsudo that many people do not know. I heard that the seniors around me were really good, so I was finally able to visit ~. Start with assorted kimchi, kobukuro sashimi, and senmai sashimi! There is almost no loss at the store where Kobukuro sashimi is placed! Izayaki was ordered from upper tongue grilled and tongue grilled, but the upper tongue is so delicious that it melts! This is dangerous! The grilled tongue was also delicious! I said the Samien loin was medium, but it was cut big and the seasoning was great! At this age, special grades are tough, but Samien loin has excellent lean condition. The skirt steak and upper ribs were delicious, and the hormones were well seasoned. It's so popular! Unfortunately, cold noodles were not only available in summer, so I ended up with garlic soup!
