A must stop cocktail bar in Tokyo. Located down a quiet alley this place feels like a gem. The bar team are of the highest caliber. Shout out to Rogerio- San for his service, attitude and humor. A true professional and master of the craft. The menu lays out the cocktails from light and refreshing to strong and boozy. If you are in the mood for a bespoke cocktail, they will take any classic and put a slight twist to it to suit your palate. Thank you guys for everything. I can't wait to come back.

This was on my list of must visit bars during my trip to Tokyo and it did not disappoint. The primary location was full, so we were sent to the Annex which is just a block over, and up on the 5th floor. Fantastic cocktails, great ambiance, and a nice smoking deck to catch some air. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the city.

I had an incredible experience at Bar Trench in Japan. The service provided by Rogerio, Japan’s most talented bartender, was exceptional. So lucky to have met him in person! The atmosphere was relaxed and calming, accompanied by great music. The bar had a charming and intimate setting. The standout drinks of the night were the Bloody Mary and the Frozen Lychee, which were truly outstanding. Ayami, our server, was incredibly humble and sweet throughout the evening - excellent customer service. Thank you for a pleasant visit, definitely one to come back too! It does get busy in there but that’s not surprising when it’s such a great bar! To avoid disappointment be there early 🙌🏽
