Standing noodle shop across the Tsukiji Hongwan-ji Buddhist temple. Ticket system was a bit tough with Japanese Menu only but all menu were delicious & service was quick. There is a Starbucks right next door.

I usually go to the Kayabacho store, so I went to another store. There are no table seats, only counter seats. This time I chose the kitsune soba, which had a stable taste and the fried tofu was large and thick, making it a satisfying meal. It's a world of difference from a soba restaurant run by a railroad servant somewhere. The soup is thick. There are several condiments on the desk, and the pickled plums and green onions are still alive and well. Unfortunately, the price increase also has an impact. There will be no problems in terms of volume, taste, and atmosphere. In terms of price, it is on the side of office workers.
