It is the best if you want to eat Hegisoba roughly. You can use it without hesitation as a standing soba restaurant. Because it is a corner, Morisoba. I left the kakiage fried and asked after noon, so I can't help it. The amount of soba noodles and the size of the kakiage are worth it. Of course, the quality is worth the price, so it may be unsatisfactory for Hegisoba lovers. I think that it is good as an introduction to Hegisoba.

The soba here does not use flour as a binder. It's Fu-nori. Juwari Soba with a smooth texture. It's delicious as usual.
