The meat grilled on a charcoal grill at the counter in a Showa-era atmosphere is the best! The salt loin and chicken cartilage were very delicious, and the cost performance was also amazing. The pork belly, which was recommended by the wife, was also delicious with the oil dripping off the grill and the perfect sauce that wasn't too greasy. This was my first time drinking whole koji, and it was very easy to drink. The owner and his wife are also very nice people, and even though it was my first time going there, I got to know them. This is what I mean when I say cheap and delicious.

About 5 minutes from Nishi-Hachioji station. It is located along the Koshu Highway. I went in with the intention of adjusting the time for a while, but it's a really good store. The regulars talk to the master and the owner while grilling on the charcoal grill placed on the counter. We had hormones, tongue, mino, etc., but they were all delicious. Also I want to go!
