Nice & chewy thick homemade soba noodle is made by 80% buckwheat 20% flower here at Yauchi. The pic was Kamo Jiru (duck broth) Soba with Chikuwa （fishcake) Tempura on the side. It was an amazing experience & I highly recommend here to all my friends!!
