Love their Negi Seiro (cold soba noodles)! How much did I love the soba noodles? Perhaps, I could eat it everyday! The soba is relatively thin and has a nice texture to chew. The dipping soup comes with tempura and a piece of squid. Also, there are 2 different kind of Negi in the dipping soup which add extra flavor to it. Once you enter, you buy a ticket to order and then are seated. It’s quite quick to be served. This is a definite a go-to meal when you are in the Ueno area.

One of the best Soba place in Japan for me. I have visited here over 20 years. Negi Seiro is my favorite, but I always have beer or Japanese Sake with Itawasa and Oshinko at first before Soba dish. Hope they open a long more. I tried Sobagaki today at a first time, by the way. The best one ever than the others. I will take it next time, too for sure.
