A soba restaurant in Jimbocho. In the back of the shop, there is also a flour mill. Our visit was on New Years Eve and it was very busy. Today's different soba was yuzu cut. There are many side dishes to go with sake. That's what it felt like! The soba noodles are thin and go smoothly.
