We got the Tempera Rice Bowl and the Cold Soba Noodles, it was delicious! It's the small things for me that make a whole lotta difference in a restaurant like having translated messages explaining how to consume the soba noodles. There was a lovely grandmother who made the place feel so lovely! Really recommend this place! It's very affordable too.

I had tenju and oyster soba. Tenju is full of volume with shrimp, conger eel, egg, kiss, eggplant, carrot kakiage and perilla! ! The batter is not too thick and has a crispy feel, and the sauce is salty. Comes with 4 kinds of pickles and miso soup. If you imagine the quality of soba restaurants around here, you will be betrayed in a good way! The volume was enough with just tenju, but when I asked for seasonal oyster soba, this was the correct answer! Four large plump oysters from Hiroshima are grilled and seasoned! The flavor of oysters spreads throughout your mouth. And 5 slices of grilled onion! Sweet and delicious! The soba was of course delicious! ! Dashi felt a little salty, but I think this is a matter of personal taste. Tenju is 1980 yen and oyster soba is 1500 yen. Since it is a special 100% soba, next time I will try to get more! ------- Visited for the third time and had oyakodon and seasonal spicy soba. Spicy soba is full of perilla, green onions, seaweed, minced duck, and chili oil is attached separately. The homemade chili oil has a nice aroma, and the menu says to add it little by little, but it's definitely quite spicy, so it's better not to add it all at once. The duck mince had a good taste and the condiments were delicious. And the oyakodon was fragrant, and the egg was fluffy and the chicken was plump and delicious! What was strange was that the soup stock did not penetrate the rice, and the bottom was colored with the soup stock. I feel like the egg was slightly colored, so maybe I put the soup stock on it later? I wonder if it's a device that doesn't make the rice soggy and makes the scent stand out...I'm sorry if I misunderstood all of them.

A shop I visited in the evening during a trip. Although the interior is modern, the restaurant has been around since the war. Juwari soba is very good. Other pickles and small side dishes are also very delicious. The pickles and duck prosciutto were also good. Due to its location, I guess only locals go there. I thought so, but other customers came and before I knew it, the place was full. The only thing that didn't suit me was that the soy sauce-based warm soba noodles from the Kanto region were too salty for a Kyushu person like me, but this is another matter. I would definitely like to visit again when I'm nearby.
