I went to eat Kamo Seiro, but changed to the lunch set of Tendon and Soba. *I'm looking forward to trying the duck steamer next time. I will write about my impressions after eating a bowl of tempura with cold soba noodles. The soba noodles are chewy and have a great aroma and feel when you put them in your mouth. The soba soup is also my favorite, with a salted plum soup that is not too salty to bring out the soba noodles. In Tendon, the rice is cooked to a firm consistency and has an exquisite fluffy texture. I felt that the cooking quality was perfect for a bowl of rice. The sauce for the tempura bowl is not too sweet, has just the right amount of salt, and has a smooth texture that goes perfectly with the hard rice. It wasn't a rice bowl sauce that was too sweet and boring, but a soup that you could enjoy with tempura (shrimp and vegetable tempura). I will visit again. It was a feast.

Taito Ward is Taito 4-chome, a soba restaurant along Kasuga-dori. Close to Nakaokachimachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. I finished my errands safely, so I decided to have a leisurely lunch, so I stopped by. The food menu here is very extensive. Comes with maitake mushroom tempura, grated yam fried with isobe, and chicken meatballs. No matter which one you take, it's elegant and the taste is very splendid. Especially fried tororo with isobe is outstanding. I was able to relax a lot, so I would like to finish with soba soon. A serving of regular soba noodles and a serving of yuzu-cut yuzu. The thin soba noodles are firm and have a firm texture. Yuzu cut is very splendid with fragrant yuzu. Thank you very much for your meal. Recommended when you want to enjoy your meal slowly. This is a wonderful soba restaurant.
