Teuchi [hand made] Soba Towada 十和田 is a delightful place to enjoy hand made soba. The primary soba chef here is a woman. Great appetizers to accompany their good selection of sake. My personal favorite appetizer is the 生馬刺し (nama basashi) raw horse sashimi. This time served with ginger and garlic. I kind of like the garlic. The えび2本天もり makes a nice addition of some of the shop's excellent tempura as well as a serving of their delicious hand made soba noodles. I can't wait to visit on my next trip to Asakusa.

Got the ginger soba noodles, it was a great pick! The portions are very generous and the tempura was yummy as well.

Had the soba and tempura set. The food tasted clean and good and the tempura were well marinated.
