Soba noodles were delicious! The service was quick and friendly. You get your ticket from the vending machine and the kitchen receives it and calls your number when it is ready. Overall a great place for some quick soba noodles. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

The waiting time is long, about 5 minutes. This is because the kakiage is fried after the order is placed. That kakiage is so delicious! With beer, kakiage soba, and other tempura, it's so delicious that you'll want to drink it in Kinshicho. It's so delicious that I came here two days in a row. I'm jealous of the people who work in Kinshicho. If you come by car, the only drawback may be the difficulty of parking. I'll still come though.
