More Comments at Google MapIt's a soba/udon restaurant that's next to the minowa station entrance gate. The menu is clearly displayed outside the shop, with corresponding numbers for each set. The menu is arranged in the exact same way as how it is on the machine that'll take your order inside the shop, making it particularly easy to place your order. You will have to choose between soba or udon when you give your order ticket to the staff. Honestly, I think the food served at this restaurant is delicious, especially considering the fact that it's so cheap (around 400-700 yen per meal). The only problem is that it closes quite early for a restaurant, so you're not very likely to be able to take your dinner there. The (bald) owner is also quite a nice person.
I had some business to do in Kitasenju and remembered this restaurant, so I got off at Minowa and went to Toge no Soba. Chilled tanuki soba 580 yen Order a large size for 120 yen I took the order and boiled the raw soba, and the soba that came out was easily better than the stand-up soba noodles eaten on the street in both appearance and taste. A sumptuous chilled tanuki with seaweed, tamago, and even crab sticks. The noodles are also really delicious and have the quality of a soba restaurant rather than a stand-up soba restaurant. Thank you for the meal. Next time I want to eat warm Gesoten The soba noodles were so delicious that I got off the train one more time on the way home and visited again. Geso tempura soba 570 yen The soba noodles have a sweet and fragrant tsuyu and go down smoothly, and are delicious both cold and hot. The tempura is fried after receiving your order, so you'll be happy to know that it's served crispy. The plump geso is also finely chopped and easy to eat. The slight scent of sesame oil whets the appetite. I think it's amazing that everything from cooking to replenishing ingredients and washing can be done in one operation. I've seen some comments about the customer service, but I don't think they have time to talk, and I like how polite and honest they are. In the first place, it's strange to expect something like that from a stand-up soba restaurant. I think the delicious soba provided is enough for the service. eagle, I.
I visited at 6:30 in the early morning, right after the store opened, and had the Doteni-don set, which is the specialty of this store. I was surprised to eat it 😳 it's really delicious!! ️ You can feel the deep commitment of the owner. I ate all the soba noodles and the doteni bowl. I thought that I had already crossed the level of standing eating soba! ️ And the husband who provided it was fun just watching it in front of me with craftsmanship that flowed with no wasted movement for customers who came to the store one after another until it was almost full. ☺️ amazing!! ️!! ️ Freshly fried crispy garland chrysanthemum tempura, I was overwhelmed by the deliciousness of the soba ordered from Shinshu every day and the sweet and salty beef boiled rice bowl that was slowly stewed for two days. It was three shocks😆 Thank you for the meal😆😆 It's full of beauty!! ️!! ️ By the way, instead of eating standing, you can eat while sitting on a chair at all seats.
