Shibuya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Naruto Kitchen Shibuya

Stopped in on our first night in Tokyo. Delicious food and very welcoming, they had an English menu at the table as well if you’re worried about that. The seasonal vegetables, the corn fritters, and the chicken zangi were fresh and amazing. We enjoyed our beverages as well. Highly recommend as the ambiance including the music they played was calm and enjoyable.

Even though we were a large group of expats and a bit drunk from hanami at yoyogi, they still treat us well (better than we deserved) and accommodated a large table just for us. The food was amazing and the staff dealt with the whole mess (there was another big group of drunks) very efficiently and professionally. This is my excuse letter to them.

This chicken was delicious. So good I already started eating before I took a picture. For half a chicken the price was good and they had instructions of how to tear the chicken apart into pieces but eventually I just reverted back into attacking it with my bare hands. Everything about this meal was great. Replaced the rice with a salad because I didn't need anymore carbs for the day.
