More Comments at Google MapI am leaving a review because it seems to be a store that would be difficult for Koreans to visit without a recommendation from local people. It's a store located a short distance away near Nakano Broadway, and it feels like an everyday bar for local people, such as office workers after work and men who come to drink alone. The menu is all in Japanese, and the employees can speak very little English. However, it is a store full of affection, from the elderly owner to the friendly employees who seem to be welcoming their grandchildren. You can think of it as an izakaya with all kinds of snacks imaginable, from nikkomi recommended by Baek Jong-won to all kinds of toriyaki, hormone skewers, stamina (beef) skewers, fried oysters, and ham katsu. I recommend downloading Google Lens and asking about what's good on that day's menu. The menu photo shows what we ate: Bonjiri (tail), Tebasaki (wings), Hormone (pork tripe), Stamina (beef?), and Nikkomi (intestinal soup). The highball is not too sweet, and I highly recommend the draft beer. It comes with 2 skewers each and costs about 300-400 yen per 2 skewers. If you don't order a lot, I think it will be around 1000 yen per person.
Offal stew, offal yaki, and other menu items are abundant and delicious. The staff (mothers, older sisters) will tell you about recommended foods and how to eat them, so you can eat and drink without having to worry about what to order.
I was impressed by the depth of the flavor of the stew. Is stamina a beef skewer? The miso seasoning on the hormone skewers was also rich and delicious. With the atmosphere of regulars, you can tell it's a delicious restaurant.
