I found this place when I was looking for a casual izakaya to stop by after work in Saitama Shintoshin. I can't do anything without drinking after work! I made a reservation for 18:30 on a weekday and went alone! It's on the 4th floor of a building about 2 minutes walk from the station. I found it right away. It's quite crowded with office workers after work. I wonder if there are many people who come after the event on Saturday and Sunday? There are many value-for-money course menus that include all-you-can-drink options, but I wanted to be able to enjoy what I liked quickly, so I ordered a la carte. There is an electronic terminal at each seat, so you can easily order without having to go through a staff member! On this day, I received the following: ・Appetizer ・Special lever ・Kashiwa Special ・Oyster gratin croquette ・Minced chicken rice ・Seared bluefin tuna carpaccio ・Mentaiko and shiso tempura ・Harami ·Gizzard ・Cassata We had a carefully selected autumn menu centered on skewers, fried foods, rice to finish, and dessert. Each dish is really delicious and very satisfying! The prices aren't that high, so you'll find yourself wanting to order a lot. We have a wide variety of drinks ranging from eye-catching drinks to authentic alcoholic beverages. Great for drinking alone. The staff was very energetic and the space was well designed to allow people to enjoy their meals. I would like to introduce two menu items that were especially delicious! 1.Special lever The restaurant's recommended skewered menu. You can tell that it is a pretty good quality lever because it is labeled as special grade. The springy, springy texture is just the best. It's bite-sized, so you can enjoy all the liver in your mouth! Be sure to try it when you visit! 2. Oyster gratin croquette One of our carefully selected autumn menus. This is a special dish made using luxurious oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture. The crunchy batter and the creamy gratin inside go perfectly together! Freshly made piping hot! I ordered Mitsukuni-don. It was a delicious lunch that included chicken meatballs, seseri, green onion, and fillet in a rice bowl, salad, and chicken soup.

Yakitori, as well as chicken soup ramen and oyakodon, were delicious. I was worried about the word-of-mouth customer service, but it was okay!
