It seems that the owner, who trained at a Japanese restaurant and became the head chef, opened his own restaurant saying, "I want to create a place where everyone can relax." Every single item on the izakaya menu is very flavorful and goes well with alcohol. Especially the stingray fins are surprisingly soft and fluffy.
