Ordered an Indian hamburger. I found my favorite store. A long time ago, I used to pass this road every day for work, but I don't remember ever going here. I happened to see a review of the area and decided to stop by since I felt nostalgic about the area. Shortly after ordering, a plate of white potage soup arrived with a large hamburger steak on top of a pile of stir-fried pasta, topped with a generous amount of demi-glace sauce. It's a dream-like visual. When it was delivered, it smelled like curry and spices. Is it curry pasta? But the curry burger is on a separate menu...oh, because it's Indian? No, India and Indians have nothing to do with each other...I was thinking about this and other things, as I ate this much in a blink of an eye. I've been looking for this fragrant demi-glace sauce for a long time, and I think it's close to the taste that impressed me when I ate it at a coffee shop near Ueno Station as a child. A nostalgic and delicious Western restaurant taste that you would never be able to make at home. The hamburgers are also plump and really delicious. I paid the bill, feeling a little apologetic about the low price, which was probably aimed at students, and talked a little about the past with the kind-looking wife. It was a feast. I'll be calling from now on.
