Always a wonderful omakase experience. The master is a true Tokyo native and an absolute joy to chat with. Though it's a relatively unassuming restaurant in Kanda, this is where I will take visitors to show an honest omakase experience by a real pro.

㕑 Shifa, the main sushi. All kinds of nigiri sushi with diverse flavors let the eyes and taste buds feel the chef's skills at the same time. Come here and taste it, you will only have an aftertaste, and you will never be disappointed.
