Wonderful experience doing the dinner omakase last week. Given this is one of the few top sushi restaurants taking online reservations there were only other foreigners eating here. The chefs also speak very good English and are able to explain the dishes well. I suppose this perhaps could be argued it is less authentic but to me it made it more enjoyable as we felt part of the experience and the atmosphere was more relaxed. The fish was of course incredible and worth every penny. We also had the chef reccomend us paired sakes as we went through the courses.

The most delicious sushi I have had! Chef Yoshiaki Uryuu is a master. He uses a very unique rice vinegar and a cooking technique with coals which even 2 months ago I can't stop thinking of. The atmosphere is warm and there are about 12 chairs around the bar. We booked through “pocket concierge” app about 3-4 weeks in advance. Go there!

We had been here for lunch and I had the best sushi and best service ever, the fish was perfectly prepared and super fresh. As a chef myself I can see there is a lot of preparation behind and well executed. At the end of the meal I was very full, many dishes so it's worth the price overall. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much again!
