Great selection of craft beers and has a very nice outside area to sit, relax, and enjoy the old train station. Beware however- please do not smoke outside. The smoking area is inside the building on the 5th floor.

Great place to try craft beer & food! Right across from the Tokyo Station & has indoor and outdoor seating. Menu in Japanese and English. Highly recommend the garlic edamame! Enjoyed the atmosphere and staff were great! No bathroom on site, need to go into the main building on the 2nd floor. Takes credit card and yen.
