After reading everyone's reviews, I finally went to this restaurant that I had been curious about for a long time. I ordered a set of chicken paitan salt soba with special noodles, steamed vegetables, and almond tofu. First, the steamed vegetables arrived, and I was surprised at how high quality the dish looked, almost like a French dish. There are two types of sauce on the plate, and you eat it with the vegetables in the small steamer basket. The vegetables were fresh, so when they mixed with the chef's special sauce, they were so delicious that I thought I could eat three more dishes (lol). After that, I had ramen, which is also my favorite dish.The well-cooked chicken soup and the noodles mixed well, and there was no strange smell at all, making it a dish that I could eat more and more. Occasionally, the scent of yuzu passed through my nose, and I finished the meal feeling refreshed. I haven't been drinking soup since I was a kid. The last dish, the almond tofu, was also melty, fragrant, and delicious. I left the store feeling satisfied that I had entered a wonderful store. However, I was disappointed because I accidentally deleted the beautiful image of the steamed vegetable set. I'm sorry. Please come visit us again!

I had lunch alone on a weekday at a restaurant I was interested in. It's like a sushi restaurant with about 10 seats at the counter. Calm down. Set with chicken paitan noodles, apricot kernels, and steamed vegetables. The thick noodle soup is thick but not overwhelming. You can change the taste with lemon and chili oil. The portion is small, but a little rice is included for free. The store staff are also nice.
