Naruto in Otaru is a famous chicken specialty restaurant whose signature dish is the original ``Fried Young Chicken Half Body.'' You can enjoy various parts of the chicken using the cooking method that best suits each part. Right outside the West Exit of JR Gotanda Station. It's on the right after you cross the bridge over the Meguro River. I've been curious about it for a long time, and finally visited for the first time on a weekday evening! Their signature menu item, ``Fried Young Chicken Half Body,'' is as expected, and the meat is very tender and juicy. The skin is crispy and the texture is rich, and you never get tired of it, so it's no wonder it's so popular. You can also prepare the ``half-fried young chicken'' yourself while looking at the ``manual'' next to the menu. You can also leave it to the store staff to help you relax. Also, all of the side menus other than chicken dishes, such as edamame and cucumber tataki, are all very delicious (lol) and I can't find anything missing. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and the communication with the kitchen staff was lively and left a very positive impression. The interior of the store also has an urban atmosphere with subdued lighting. The atmosphere is very cozy and the background music is nice and casual.
