More Comments at Google MapRecently, for some reason, I've been drawn to local chains and privately run stand-up soba restaurants. I happened to come across this place at Nakai Station and was drawn to it, so I entered the store. I was intrigued by the word "Shiraebi Kakiage" on the ticket vending machine, so I ordered Kakesoba for 390 yen, Shirayaki Kakiage for 100 yen, and eggplant tempura for 100 yen. The flavor of the soup stock is not too strong, and the Kaeshi also has a good balance. The noodles aren't the smooth type, but they still have some texture. The white shrimp kakiage has a flavor that retains the aroma of shrimp shells, and if you like river shrimp, you'll love it. The eggplant tempura was also fluffy. Wow, it was delicious. I thought it felt good at the restaurant and decided to have a bowl of rice. Oh, there's a poster saying "free refills of green onions"! They got me~ Next time I'll add more green onions Thank you for the delicious soba and tempura.
Yeah. It's delicious. Although it is called country soba, it is smooth and chewy. The soup stock is also good. I tried to refrigerate it, but it was freezing cold. It looks like a stand-up soba restaurant, but there are 5 counter seats facing the wall. Two counter seats facing the kitchen where the height of the chairs and table do not match. There is also one table that seats 4 people. It's a delicious soba restaurant. I'll come again!
I used it in the morning soba. It was early in the morning and it was a holiday, so both the first and second customers seemed to be finishing the meal. The soba itself has a refreshing yet rich taste. The soba noodles were freshly boiled and served to us.
