One of my favorite soba restaurants, the seasonal soba is always delicious 🤤

I ate chilled country soba❣️ The noodles were very chewy and very tasty. The dipping sauce is a little thick, so it was a little salty when I was eating it, but I drank it with soba-yu. I want to go again next time ❣️ Soba Inari is limited to 5 meals a day, but I was lucky enough to have it 😁 I highly recommend it ❣️

I want to drink at a soba restaurant. But if you look for a soba restaurant where you can drink, you'll be surprised to find that there aren't any. You can drink here (affirmative). First of all, the sake accompaniment is good. There is a wide range of options available, from light snacks to hearty snacks. The young sweetfish had just the right amount of blue bitterness and was the best. The tempura is also mainly made with corn and summer vegetables, giving it a seasonal feel. There is also a sufficient lineup of Japanese sake. This time I had Juyondai and Houou Mita, and the Minami Junmai Ginjo origarami was very delicious. It doesn't matter, but the surface tension of a sake glass is good... If you order soba, you can have two kinds or three kinds of soba. This time, I ordered three types of platters: Kawari, Seiro, and Inaka. I wondered what basil soba would be like, but it turned out to be a summer soba with a nice aroma and a refreshing taste. But personally, I really like the countryside. It's definitely delicious. I'm eating soba! The thickness was perfect and I felt satisfied. If I had to point out just one thing, there's no counter, so even if you visit alone, you'll have to occupy a table, so I'd be sorry if it gets crowded. But when the seasons change, it's definitely a restaurant I'd like to visit again.
