Tasty and simple soba done right. This is much lighter fare than ramen, and great for a quick lunch if you are in Akihabara. Getting a few sides is advisable to provide some textural diversity. The restaurant was packed with middle- to old-aged locals at around 3:00, which says more about the quality than I ever could!

I love the simplicity of buckwheat noodle, soy sauce. The soy sauce tastes perfectly salty and give some umami touch to it. It is so good!

Easy to find location. Broth was unique and soba was cooked to perfection. Once noodles are done, the waitress will present with a pot of soup to add to dilute the broth for further enjoyment.
