Megurin's trip to buy canelés (lol) I thought I might try some soba sometimes, but then I saw a handmade sign in a bamboo forest just a few steps from the Yanaka Ginza shopping street! ️I was 100% attracted by its appearance and went inside with my wife. There were two customers ahead of us just as the wall clock struck 14:00. At the counter where jazz music is playing, I decided to go to Akahoshi🌟. The side dish is conger eel tempura. It was fried very well and there was only one bone in the conger eel! 😆This was my first time having it, and it was more refined and delicious than eel bones. I guess the bones are in good shape because they're being processed. Switch to cold sake from Yamagata and have conger eel pickled in nanban. It's my first time having this too 😊 It's chewy like conger eel, full of vegetables, and delicious. Needless to say, the rice steamer at the end is exquisite.
