I also like that the head of the Botan shrimp included in the 5-piece fresh fish platter is deep-fried. Next is the salt-grilled Nodoguro. This is also incredibly delicious. The skin is baked crispy, but the inside is moist. It has a good amount of fat, and the amount of salt is just right! This is enough to make you want to eat a meal just by itself. The fish cakes were soft and had just the right amount of sweetness. Apparently it also has corn inside, which gives it a fun texture. The nice thing about the Nodoguro shabu-shabu is that the staff will boil it rare and thoroughly only for the first time. After you finish eating shabu-shabu, you can use the remaining soup to cook rice. This cooked rice is also delicious! The rice is perfectly cooked to absorb the flavor of Nodoguro, and every time I take a bite, I can't help but think, ``Nodoguro is so delicious.'' At the end, we reset our mouths with warabi mochi and enjoyed the meal. Overall, the portion was modest, but it was very satisfying for a drink, and the best part was that you could enjoy Nodoguro in a variety of ways.
Shio Yaki is amazing and delicious Not dry at all, the meat is delicious and juicy🤤 Other dishes are also very good!
