If you want to experience the cuisine and people of Gifu and Hida in Tokyo, this is the best place! The store was run by an owner from Hida City, and is now being run by the second generation owner. If you make a reservation, you will receive Hida beef with hoba miso as a service! This one dish alone is worth the trip, but I think the lineup of Gifu/Hida local cuisine and sake is the best in Tokyo. We have everything from classics like chicken and pickled steak to locally-loved dishes like nikorogashi. Seasonal ingredients such as wild vegetable tempura and salt-grilled sweetfish will make you feel like you're from home no matter when you visit. There's no counter, so it's hard to go alone if it's your first time, but if you go twice, you'll soon become familiar with the faces. Although the number has decreased recently, events are regularly planned where people from Gifu and Hida gather, so you can increase the number of people you know by connecting to these events.

A rare Hida restaurant in Tokyo. I wanted to eat Hobayaki, so I visited for the first time in four years. You can choose from Hida beef, pork, or pork kimchi for the Hobayaki set meal. Each price is different. Since it's a big deal, I chose Hida beef. After about 5 minutes, a tray with rice, miso soup, pickles, and salad, and a charcoal grill with magnolia grilled on top came. The meat is already cooked, but you can warm it up on magnolia leaves and enjoy the aroma. The rice goes well with the burning scent of miso and the salty-sweet taste. I am happy that you can refill the rice for free. Mayonnaise is also available, so it's delicious to put a little on it. And rice is delicious, isn't it? It may also contain burnt rice. Chestnut monaka ice cream comes out for dessert. 1,200 yen was a good value for this volume.

I was a junior high school student in Gifu, and I had a fun course with Hoba miso surrounded by my teacher! I was able to request a space with infection control measures such as a semi-private room at the reservation stage, and they were very kind from the phone call. The staff, who are from the Hida region, were very cheerful and I was able to relax and enjoy Japanese food. The sake map with map is also very helpful, and you can enjoy and taste historical sake such as Sansenmori and Onjoshu. As young people from Gifu, we are very happy to be able to enjoy local delicacies in this area of ​​Kanda and Ochanomizu. We also had an all-you-can-drink Japanese sake course, and we were able to enjoy Gifu's local sake, which is dry and has a strong flavor. We are very grateful to all the staff! 💕
