When I lived in Ikejiri Ohashi, I wondered what Hegisoba was? That's what I thought when I entered the store. The inside of the restaurant is reminiscent of an old country house, or rather a guesthouse, so you can forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. It was nice to have lunch on holidays, and it was open until late at night, so I went to the second restaurant often. The sweet and salty miso in the miso cutlet is very appetizing. I had never eaten miso cutlet in Nagoya before, but now I like it. The soba noodles were also chewy and filling. Soba is often called ``nodogoshi'', but it is soba that you will want to chew. The thick fried egg with mentaiko and fried tofu with natto that I always ordered as snacks were also delicious.

A cozy shop that makes you feel like you're in the countryside. You can thoroughly enjoy cooking, soba, and sake.
