Cozy, classy bar with good drinks and superb service. Bartender is Japanese and the staff is European, so they can communicate in various languages. Enjoyed my old fashioned and whisky fix — and the complimentary bar snacks.

I finally come to this place. I was very surprised to see the apprentices are all from elsewhere, HK, Australia, the UK and Mexico. But concoctions are strictly limited to the master and the lady head bartender. I started the drink session from the renowned White Lady without egg white, albumin. And this negroni, super great. I said I want to have a drier one, and the master Ueno carefully chose Sip Smith! Their house gin is Tanqueray, btw. And I had two more, Martini and Vesper. I prefer martini, i don't Vesper in my opinion too much ice bits. Not my preference. I did enjoy my drinks a lot. 8000 yen with seating fee (1000 yen), so it's not that out of league pricy like some people claim. Highly recommended!

Nice bar at Ginza area Though at B floor without view but this one has been running so many years in good business The most famous is there is no cocktail list you just tell what you like and they will make for you Also enjoy their long list of whiskey especially Japanese brands The snacks are yummy too
