The most amazing, melt-in-your-mouth tonkatsu I’ve ever had!! We arrived at 11.20am just before they opened and there was already a queue. Making reservations is possible and recommended! We got the deluxe cut and the tenderloin and it was honestly so worth it.

Katsu specialty restaurant! Small and old school very traditional. Party of 3 or more you’ll get an up store tatami seat. Many different pork to a noose from. Lunch is more limiting to pork choices but they are all so good! Have your hotel or Amex make a reservation for you.

Some of the best katsu you’ll find in Tokyo. I got the tenderloin fillet lunch special (iirc) and it was a good amount of food, perfectly fried, super fresh cabbage, and just all around great food. The signature tomatoes are amazing as well. For being in Minato and given the quality of food, it’s honestly well priced. The meat leans on the fattier side if you choose tenderloin fillet so be aware of that. I’d definitely come back in a heartbeat. Also they seem to be very sensitive about perfume wearers just fyi! Lastly, I’d recommend reserving in advance.
