I had a chicken nanban set meal at Ichitori in Akasaka. The tartar is creamy and flavorful like aurora sauce, and goes well with the breast meat soaked in sweet vinegar. I like the seasoning as a whole, including the garnish. The rice was delicious and I ate a whole bowl of raw eggs. Pickles are also delicious. I really liked Ichitori. It was a feast.
