No waiting time at all, probably because we arrived one hour before closing time. I ordered A02 and didn't have high expectations, but I was surprised by how juicy and tender it was. However, the this choice had a slightly fatty part and eating with cabbage make it less heavy. (You can have unlimited cabbage) But if you prefer leaner options, I recommend going for A01 or the mixed option!

Good quality tonkatsu in Japan. Sasami Katsu was super tender and juicy.. you can order a piece as side order. I had special loin which was most expensive menu on the menu. Super tender and juicy. Enjoyed every bite. Loved the shredded cabbage with special sesame dressing. You can ask as much as you want. I had asked 4 times! Also you can ask more rice… we had a struggle to eat everything as we had orders extra items. The yuzu egg was interesting. It did taste faintly but it had yuzu taste in raw egg. You should expect to wait. We waited for 25 min when we went there ay 12:15. Longer line was formed when we came out after 13:15..

Dinner at 8pm~ visited with 2 people We were in the queue for 30-40mins and some of the menu was sold out. The signature menu is Sasami katsu! Sasami is supposed to dry but katsu was tender and juicy!!!!
