I liked the food and the atmosphere here is just right, not noisy

Great rice bowls at a great price, this place has the best beef rice bowl. If you end up going get the beef with green spring onion rice bowl, amazing! You can have a large rice bowl and a beer or soft drink for under 1200¥. Seating located in Basement level 2.
