More Comments at Google MapAs a tourist we are constantly eating the great food that Japan has to offer but unfortunately they tend to be high in fat, carbs and usually lack a decent amount of vegetables. This is a local spot that has some of the best stir fry I’ve ever had. I tend to need a high fibre and vegetable diet and this place really hit the spot. They serve one thing only which is stirfry of bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and chicken. It might not look the best but it tastes amazing. We’ve come back here 3 times on our trip and it’s really helped me maintain a decent diet while on vacation. Use google translate picture mode on the machine - they take cash or local cards. Most of the options are for combo(soup), how much vegetables, rice and meat and that’s it. 👍👍👍
The best place in ikebukuro where you can get some vegetables and a balance diet! You are able to pick veggies with meat stir fry or just veggies stir fry - there's an option to get additional veggies at no extra cost as well.
Lunch time on holidays. Today I'm going to visit Vejiro, which I've wanted to visit for a while, but I'm worried about the Jiro type, probably because of my age. I used to enjoy eating it more than 10 years ago, but for the past few years I've stopped going there because I thought I couldn't eat it all. However, as I was watching the video, I felt like trying Jiro's stir-fried vegetable set meal, so I decided to come to Ikebukuro and visit this restaurant that day. In the preliminary investigation, it was said that spells such as ``Vegetables are better'' were not necessary, so I entered the store with peace of mind. When I entered the store after 11 o'clock, I expected to see mostly young people, but about half of the people were middle-aged. There are clearly some elderly people there, but I wonder if it's because the menu is centered around stir-fried vegetables, so even elderly people can enjoy it. First, go to the ticket vending machine and select stir-fried vegetables. Then, there seemed to be various confirmations: the amount of oil was medium-sized (20g), the amount of meat was medium-sized (100g), and the amount of vegetables was normal (400g).Even though I was worried about whether I would be able to eat it all, it was free. Hold it down tightly. The toppings are full of attractive toppings such as chives, coriander, butter, and garlic onimashi. I'm tempted to tell you all about this, but I'll hold back and just use the raw egg as a topping. The set meal (rice + soup) is sold separately, so it's dangerous. The food arrived quickly. Stir-fried vegetables with rice and seaweed soup. What really caught my eye was the large amount of stir-fried vegetables. I tried it right away, but the taste is quite strong. However, vegetables such as bean sprouts, cabbage, and carrots have a nice crunchy texture. I thought they were just adding flavor to the vegetables on top of Ramen Jiro, but the vegetables other than the bean sprouts were nice, and the garlic and soy sauce base was also very good. There is more back oil on top of the vegetables than I expected, but this back oil has a sweet taste that softens the richness of the dish. If you eat it with a raw egg, you will forget the junk feeling, but even so, the amount of food will make the rice go well. By the way, the soup is wakame soup, but personally, I think miso soup is better for stir-frying vegetables. I tried my best to eat it all, and thank you for the meal. I guess it's good to enjoy this kind of junk feeling sometimes.
