More Comments at Google Map2022.08.15 (Monday) Weather: Sunny Open 11:00 I went at 10:55 AM. There was no one in line outside the store and I was first in line. People started coming in one after another as the store opened, and although it wasn't full, by 11:10 a.m., there were quite a few people. I ordered the 1,500 yen cool noodles that are only available in the summer. The taste is unique to this restaurant, and the soup is made with soy sauce and sesame. The noodles are thin, similar to somen, and are delicious. Most Chinese restaurants serve the familiar hiyashi chuka flavor, but I think being able to offer this original dish is a step above. The cloud noodles here were also delicious, and other customers were ordering quite a few. Next time I come, I want to order wonton noodles too. Payment is by cash only.
I went there with the intention of trying cloud noodles, but since it was hot, I ordered ryanmen. A unique soup that is neither sesame nor miso. The fried wontons melt into the soup and become soft. The noodles are firm, cold, and delicious. The customer service is also amazing, 5 stars. Next time I'm going to have cloud noodles.
We also have take-out side dishes for your convenience. The summer menu, cool noodles, was delicious. Soup with good dashi stock.
