I lived in Tokyo for ~9 months and went to this place at least once a week. There's usually a line out front but there's a reason for it. It's 100% worth the wait. I've tried the pork and curry katsu and both are incredible. Prices are extremely reasonable and portion sizes are great. This place is a must try!

My son and I loved the food. I had the prawn set and my son had the tonkatsu set. Tender pork and perfectly cooked prawns inside a a crispy panko coating, rice and fresh thinly shaved cabbage . Clean and comfortable interior and very helpful and polite staff. We’ll be going back. All for under $20 … too good.

One of the best tonkatsu restaurants I have been to in Japan. They didn't have an English menu but the chef and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Check this place out if you are in the area and want some really good tonkatsu.
