The Machi Chinese Restaurant with its cute neon sign I visited the store for the first time the other day, and I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer. First of all, the customer service is impeccable. I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Next, the most important dishes, we ordered fried rice, soy sauce ramen, stir-fried vegetables, and bottled beer. First, when I ordered a bottled beer, it came with Chinese-style namul (maybe an appetizer). This has become quite a habit. Ginger was an accent, and this alone made the beer go well. Next came the fried rice, which was also similar to fried rice from local Chinese restaurants and wasn't particularly noteworthy, but it was delicious. Next was the ramen and stir-fried vegetables, both of which were extremely delicious. The ramen was soy sauce-flavored, but the simple seasoning was packed with richness and umami, which mixed well with the thin noodles and was amazing. You should definitely eat this. And the stir-fried vegetables were crunchy vegetables soaked with the flavor of the meat and fat, and it was amazing how such simple ingredients could be so delicious. The bill is 2500 yen. My companion and I ate together and it was a satisfying amount. I will definitely go there. P.S. I stopped by the supermarket on the way home to do some shopping, and when I passed by the store again, the person working in the hall happened to be closing the store, and I said, "Oh, please come again." I was greeted by a greeting, and I thought it was a really pleasant shop. You really ought to go and see.
