I will go again! !

For the beef tongue set meal, choose either salt or miso. Miso costs an additional 100 yen, but the miso flavor is certainly delicious. The richness, flavor, and aroma of the burnt miso are also good. I'd like to try salt, but I think I'll choose miso next time.
