English menu available, build your own soup curry. Level 3 is supposed to be hot, but I guess that's westernized "hot". Both dishes (chicken ball curry as advertised and chicken&vegetable original broth) were delicious! Recommend!

Let me start by saying that this place is absolutely delicious, and if you have some doubts about this style of curry (curry soup), I’d recommend at least giving it a try. Head by early to avoid line ups. Now with that out of the way - I did not like curry soup, and I probably won’t get curry soup again. I don’t regret coming here and it was super delicious, just not my cup of tea… soup? Flavours were great, fried foods (the chicken cutlet) is flavourful and crunchy, and there is tons of customizability to make sure the food suits what you want. I couldn’t pick out anything wrong with the food - this has quite literally never happened at any restaurant I’ve been to before, if that really speaks to how delicious it was. I just… couldn’t get over the mental block of the curry being very soup like lol. I grew up eating thicker curry, and I think I’m just stuck in my ways. Again, delicious, please try this. I ordered spicy level 5, and I thought it was sufficiently spicy for a Japanese curry dish; I really won’t get spicier than 5, as I think it’ll compete with the flavours too much. As a side note, the menu was slightly confusing. In step 2, the proteins are specified as well, and if it doesn’t say cutlet, it’s not fried. Pictured is the original curry soup flavour, with the night special chicken curry with a variety of vegetables. I ordered medium portion rice, which seems to be approx. 1 bowl of rice regularly.

Really great curry soup, good value and felt like a healthy meal! I got the tomato based vegetable and chicken curry soup with the fried cheese, and it was all amazing. There were a wide variety of vegetables and the chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender. You can choose your spice level, I went with 0 as I can't handle much spice. My dining partner went with 3 and he said he would have liked it a bit more spicy. Not sure if that is helpful but if you are unsure, ask the staff for a recommendation :)
