I was prepared for the taste because of the many negative reviews, but the noodles were fresh and very delicious. The soup is light and may have mixed reviews, but it has a simple and rustic taste with a homemade feel, which is different from the artificial taste that is popular or the rich taste of Ieyasu. When I was in my 20s, I used to eat a lot of Iekei, but now that I'm in my 30s, this is just right. In other words, the taste is completely a matter of personal preference, and there is no such thing as a bad taste. The noodles are delicious, so I think a simple soup like this is perfect for getting the balance right. Personally, I think a rating of ⭐︎4 is appropriate, but considering the mysteriously high number of low ratings, I added an additional ⭐︎ to 5 to show my support.
