I often go to the Marunouchi store because it is so delicious, but it was my first visit when I learned that there was also one in Otemachi! The perfect balance of sweet and spicy! This is my favorite curry restaurant. ▽------------------------▽ ○ Indian Curry Otemachi One ○ Tabelog rating 3.17 (as of 2022/12/06) ○ Directly connected to Otemachi Station C4 ○ OTEMACHI ONE B1F, 1-2-1 Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo ○Budget ~ ¥1,500/person *Regular holiday: No holidays *Cards accepted △-------------------------△ Visit at 20:40, 5 minutes before the last order on Mondays! Only one group of customers slipped into the store. 【order】 ◆Indian curry ¥830 ◆Large serving of roux ¥200 ◆Large serving of rice ¥50 ◆Egg ¥50 Total: ¥1,130 Mr. Curry appeared in a few minutes of waiting 【thoughts】 The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads in your mouth, and then the spiciness rushes in! Sweet and salty muddy curry, still too delicious. The spiciness is quite strong, but if you make it mild with egg yolk or eat it with sweet pickles, it will be moderately spicy. You can eat greedily while sweating. Curry was my favorite! Thank you for the meal. 【Use scene】 Sakumeshi (single, friend, colleague)
Visited for lunch on a weekday and entered the store without lining up. You place your order at the register, pay first, and are given a bill. The tags differ depending on the menu. Seating is only at the counter. First, pickled cabbage and water will be served. I'm not a fan of spicy curry, so I took a bite and it was spicy, so I ordered a raw egg (yolk) afterwards. When topped with raw egg, it becomes mellow and has a spiciness that is easy to eat. Even with a regular serving, there's a lot of rice, and the restaurant does a good job of putting curry on top, but the two pieces of soft meat sit on top of each other. It was spicy, but it was so delicious that I wanted to eat it again. The place will be full by around 11:45.
A famous currybo chain store in Kansai. Speaking of sweet and spicy curry, it is Indian curry. In Tokyo, unlike Kansai, you can eat without lining up. When you eat it, it tastes sweet at first, but then the spiciness comes over you. I think topping it with raw egg gives it just the right amount of spiciness. Only the yolk comes out of a raw egg. I'm thankful that it comes out after the egg chalaza is removed. The photo shows a large serving of rice and raw egg topping. You can choose from a large serving of rice, a large serving of roux, or a large serving of both rice and roux.
