Perfection. There's not much more to say. Every bit was a flavor explosion. The meat broke up beautifully while the outer layer remained crunchy; no hard bits or anything like that in the meat. The best tonkatsu I've ever had.

delicious. unfortunately, i can’t read japanese but I was able to communicate with broken japanese and showed them a photo from the reviews of what I wanted. They were very kind and helpful. the food was delicious. i’m happy that I came across this little gem.

Probably the best tonkatsu you can find in Tokyo. Super-fluffy but crispy, the salad dressing was amazing, and the mozuku with yuzu ponzu was super-fresh!
