Very good tempura. It was very different from what I've eaten before and the sauce was good. Very cosy. Mom and Pop restaurant and very friendly! Everything is written on the wall in Japanese though.

Visited after seeing good reviews on the net. I had the seasonal tempura bowl for lunch, but I was surprised at the high quality of the shrimp tempura and vegetable tempura. The amount of sauce is moderate, not too much or too little, not too much sauce, which is common in Tokyo. The miso soup is also very flavorful and the pickles are homemade. The total satisfaction is the highest-ranked taste, quality and price performance in Tokyo, even with the exceptional price of ¥ 1,500. The rabbit is delicious. Hats off.

I visited at 12:30 on a weekday. The first floor of the store is small and has a downtown feel. Ordered 1400 yen. It was soupy and I thought it would be dark when I looked at the color, but it was so light that I ate it all! It also comes with salad, miso soup, and side dishes, and I think 1400 yen is reasonable in downtown Asakusa. I think it would be a good idea to stop by when sightseeing in Asakusa. Ah! The landlady was friendly and easy to talk to, and her son and husband seemed to be craftsmen.
