Truly a traditional place with good food. The owner was kind and accomodating even though I did not understand japanese. (He was patient enough for me to translate with my phone) very affordable and amazing atmoshpere. Giving 4/5 for service since an english menu/card payment, would be a nice feature. Highly recommend.

Amazing local restaurant.

Kawakin is said to be one of the origins of cutlet curry. I had the famous river gold bowl. The cutlet curry in a jubako with a sense of history and taste has a simple taste and the amount is just right, so I was able to spend the best lunch time. Please come by if you are a fan of cutlet curry.
