Awesome. Sleek without being pretentious. Great pork (three ways), unctuous skirt steak, flavorful (though chewy) tongue. A soup like soondubu, great kimchee. English language menu. Very good value.

Newly opened on May 27, 2022. A yakiniku restaurant filled with the world view and charm of Kumamoto Prefecture. There is a wine shop Leap at the storefront where you can choose and drink wine recommended by the sommelier.

"Soul of Kyushu" = Kyukonda. It seems that a meat master from Kumamoto travels around the country and carefully selects the best meat. I ordered a la carte, but all the meat was high grade and delicious. The interior of the restaurant has a chic design and jazz music, so you can enjoy your meal in a calm and mature atmosphere. I especially like the large-sized cucumber loin with eggs, wasabi ribs, garlic skirt steak, and sudachi tomato cold noodles. Next time I would like to try the chateaubriand.
