I've been going here for quite some time, and the Genghis Khan here is great value for money. 280 yen per person. It's too cheap. Bake this on the tabletop on a gas stove. The dipping sauce is original, and the grilled meat is served with shredded cabbage, which is further chopped with a trowel and mixed with the sauce. It's light and delicious. By the way, refills of cabbage are free. You can also place orders using your smartphone. If you order a kettle of lemon sour, it's cheap and quite drinkable. I highly recommend the green onion as it is delicious. It was just under 7000 yen for two people.

Genghis Khan is Hokkaido's soul food, and my soul food. However, this store was a great find. I never thought there would be a wonderful world where you eat Genghis Khan with shredded cabbage. It was a very hot day, and I waited for the store to open in the scorching heat, and entered the store that I had always wanted to enter! After ordering and waiting for a while...the meat will make you drool. And when you put cabbage sauce on it and put it in your mouth with cabbage... it's great! No, I'm addicted, yeah.
