It was so delicious that I came back two weeks in a row lol The first time was the previous three kinds of mori, drool chicken, clam noodles, oyster okonomiyaki, stir-fried seasonal vegetables and scallops, and boiled dumplings. The second time was a stir-fried dish with only yellow chives and mako, pear-wrapped sweet and sour pork, mapo tofu, and Shanghai crab fried rice. All of them were delicious, and I'm looking forward to trying them again next time. Everything I ate today was so delicious that I would want to come back again, especially the Shanghai crab fried rice which is in season right now, and I'm sure I'll go back again during the winter. Since the mapo tofu was so delicious, I was naturally interested in the tandan noodles as well. I like the gentle flavor of stir-fries, so I'm also interested in other seafood-based stir-fries. The last time I ate, the clam noodles were so delicious that I definitely wanted to try them again, which made me curious about other Happo noodles. Seafood soup is really delicious! On the way home, I also bought some black vinegar and drank some of it earlier, and it was very delicious. The refreshing sour taste is addictive. I'm going to try making some food with this.
I went there for lunch for the first time in a while. The quality of the Dandan noodles is as expected. The seasoning is unique and has a gentle taste. In the past, the daily lunch special had three appetizers that were very stylish and tasty, but this time it was changed to a simple salad, which was a bit disappointing. However, I always admire creative Chinese food with innovative flavors.
