Setagaya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Shinsetsuen

The best fried rice (go moku chahan) and the best gyoza (they contain a delicious soup) I know of. I came there regularly when I lived in Japan. Now I have to go there whenever I come back to Tokyo.

It is a Chinese restaurant that is open until late night. Every dish is delicious and the attendant's care is polite.
